Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, breastfeeding items and bottles are not refundable if you change your mind.  We cannot exchange any breastfeeding items.

It's important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you do not love a product you receive, we will gladly issue a credit note for our website subject to the following conditions:

  • Contact is made with Haakaa Middle East and returned within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The goods need to be in the original packaging, unopened, unused. 

Returns that are damaged (including the packaging), used or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

    The above does not apply to clearance items, which are not returnable. Exchanges are to be at the expense of the customer.

    We are not able to provide refunds if you change your mind.

    All refunds are issued as store credit to be used against www.haakaa.me, and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.  Please note that all shipping fees for both deliver and refund are non refundable.

    If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the UAE Consumer Protection Law, and proof of purchase is required. Faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible. Freight charges will not be borne by you if you are located in the United Arab Emirates. If you are located outside the UAE and you wish to return faulty goods to us (for repair or otherwise), then, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for the freight and handling charges associated with: (a) returning the goods to us; and (b) delivering any repaired or replacement goods back to you.
