Returns + Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, breastfeeding items are not refundable if you change your mind.  We cannot exchange any breastfeeding items.

It's important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so if there are any reasons you do not love a product you receive, we will gladly issue a credit note for our website, subject to the following conditions:

  • Contact is made with Haakaa Middle East and returned to us within 7 days of receiving the item.  The cost of delivery is at the customers expense.
  • The goods need to be in their original packaging, unopened, unused. 

If a product is returned which is damaged (including the packaging), used or altered, it may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

All sale and clearance items are not returnable. 

We are not able to provide refunds if you change your mind.

All refunds are issued as store credit, and valid for 12 months from the date of issue.  Please note that all shipping fees for both delivery and refund are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

If a product is faulty, we will meet our obligations of the UAE Consumer Protection Law and proof of purchase will be required.  Faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible.  Freight charges will not be borne by you if you are located in the UAE.  If you are located outside the UAE and you wish to return a faulty product to us (for repair or otherwise) then to the fullest extent permitted by law, you will be responsible for the freight and handling charge associated with a) returning the product to us b) delivering any repaired or replacement product back to you.
